Valentyna Yakubiv is working in Tallinn as part of the “Steps to Excellence” project.

The First Vice-Rector of the Precarpathian University, Professor of the Department of Public Administration and Management, Valentyna Yakubiv, is working in Tallinn as part of the project “Steps to Excellence.” Together with colleagues, she is discussing support for universities during the war, the internationalization of education, and the development of international accreditation. She also visited an educational exhibition in Helsinki, gaining experience from Scandinavian universities.
