Continuation of Cooperation with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service

Students of the “Public Management and Administration ” program, together with the faculty, had a unique opportunity to engage with representatives of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service. The discussion featured Mykola Trofymenko, Deputy Head of the Western Interregional Office and Head of the Department for Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ternopil, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, as well as Agnessa Prots, a specialist from the agency’s office in Ivano-Frankivsk. The topic of the meeting was: “Public Service: Opportunities and Prospects.”

During the discussion, participants addressed several key issues, including:

  • Modern challenges and opportunities in public service;
  • Career growth prospects in public administration;
  • Key requirements for future public administrators;
  • The role of digitalization and innovation in enhancing the efficiency of public institutions;
  • Opportunities for professional development.
