Psychology of Leadership and Effective Communication in Public Administration

Students of the PUA-21 group conducted an engaging training session on the topic “Psychology of Leadership and Effective Communication in Public Administration.” This event aimed to develop leadership qualities and communication skills that are essential for successful management.

During the preparation, the students designed unique exercises and games that allowed the participants to better understand themselves, learn to work in a team, and effectively convey their ideas. The interactive methods made the training not only useful but also enjoyable, helping participants to acquire important skills in a relaxed atmosphere.

The training included various teamwork techniques, simulations of situations that may arise in public administration, and exercises to boost self-confidence. Thanks to active participation, the students strengthened their leadership abilities and gained invaluable experience that will be beneficial in their future careers.
