Atention Master’s Degree Graduates (2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Academic Years)!
We are announcing the second stage of the competition to select two graduates of the “Master’s” educational program who will be recognized as the authors of the best master’s theses.
Key updates for this stage of the scholarship selection process include:
The topic of the master’s thesis must be related to the development of the university in terms of the strategic goals and development directions outlined in the Strategic Development Plan of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University for 2020-2027

related to the development of the region in terms of the strategic goals, operational objectives, and tasks outlined in the Development Strategy of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region for 2021-2027.
Deadline for document submission: January 15, 2025.
Required documents for participation:
- Motivation letter in Ukrainian and English or Polish, justifying the reason and basis for being selected as the competition winner (including contact details).
- Supervisor’s recommendation regarding the compliance of the master’s thesis topic with the university’s or region’s development strategy.
- Information about scientific, volunteer, or civic activities, including scientific publications, certificates, awards, etc.
- Certificate of proficiency in English and/or Polish at a level not lower than B2 (official or university format).
- Electronic version of the master’s thesis.
IMPORTANT:
- After the submission deadline, an online meeting will be held with the candidates, during which each participant will present a short self-presentation (up to 2 minutes).
- The date and time of the online meeting will be announced additionally.
- Award:
- Two authors of the best master’s theses selected in the second stage will receive a one-time scholarship of $1,000 USD.
