On February 21, at 11:55 a.m., a ceremony commemorating the heroes of the Heavenly Hundred will be held near the university monument to students and teachers who died in the struggle for the Independence of Ukraine.
As part of the event, it is planned to lay flowers at the memorial obelisk of Roman Guryk, a speech by Acting rector of the university Ihor Tsependa, performance of relatives, musical performance of patriotic works.
We will always remember the people who died for our future so that we could live in a free and independent country, because as of today, 58 students and graduates of our university gave their lives for our independence in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
We invite you to join us in commemorating the bright memory of Roman Guryk and all those who gave their lives for victory in this cruel and unjust war with a moment of silence.
