Internship for Students from the Association of Ukrainian Cities
The Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Branch of the Association of Ukrainian Cities announces the recruitment of interns from four Ivano-Frankivsk universities that have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
This program is a unique opportunity for students to engage in real local governance processes, gain experience in addressing municipal management challenges, and become part of an expert community.
Internship Goals:
- Strengthening the capacity of local governance by engaging young professionals.
- Forming a talent pool for municipal management.
- Enhancing cooperation between communities and universities.
Duration: May – June 2025
Location: AUC Regional Office, Ivano-Frankivsk
Format: Flexible schedule, coordinated with internship supervisors
What Awaits Participants?
- Real work on community development projects and support for local governance.
- Participation in drafting analytical documents, reports, and project proposals.
- Training sessions on local governance, strategic planning, and community engagement.
- Mentorship from AUC experts.
Who Can Apply?
- Bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, and doctoral students.
Key Requirements:
- Availability to dedicate time to tasks and visit the office 2–3 times per week.
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools (Google Docs, MS Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
