Students of the 281 “Public Management and Administration” program, along with the faculty of the department, took part in an engaging training event on “Fundamentals of Entrepreneurial Activity” as part of the Way to Democracy project by the NGO Solidarna Molod Ivano-Frankivsk.
The speaker of the event was Stepan Rudnianyn, a deputy of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council, who shared his experience in management, discussed the principles of success, the specifics of team building, and the challenges and opportunities for career development in the public sector.
Stepan Rudnianyn provided valuable insights into career growth in the public sphere, addressing key questions such as:
- How to start a business while avoiding risks and bureaucratic pitfalls?
- How can local authorities support young entrepreneurs?
- Why is it important in business not only to generate profit but also to create social value?
Students actively participated in a lively discussion on democracy, success strategies, team building, crisis management, work-life balance, and the significance of public sector development in Ukraine.
We appreciate this engaging and insightful discussion!
